We are proud and privileged many bicycle buyers around the world use BAFANG series of products. BAFANG has created the following warranty.  

Warranty period for products:

Products are warranted for 24 months from the date of purchase invoice issued to the end customer, if can not provide the purchase invoice then no more than 30 months from the date of product production If the product is utilized for sharing or commercial purposes, the warranty period shall be 12 months from the date of purchase invoice issued, if can not provide the purchase invoice then no more than 18 months from the date of product The warranty rights shall not be transferred to third parties (except as agreed by both parties) Any other situations shall be subject to negotiation and mutually agreed upon in writing by both parties  

Warranty exceptions:

1、  The Seller’s products and components are used for unauthorized dismantling, and competition purposes 2、  Product trademarks or serial numbers are contaminated or erased. 3、  Damage caused by incorrect user usage, including accidents, improper assembly, inadequate maintenance, etc. 4、  Damage occurred during transportation (according to the provisions of Incoterms). 5、  Damage caused by using defective products that are not sold by Seller or products that are incompatible with the Seller's products. 6、  Wear and tear caused by normal assembly and use, as well as defective vulnerable parts. 7、  Product failures resulting from the Buyer's non-compliance with Bafang's technical specifications regarding transportation, storage, installation, and operational requirements. 8、  Product failures resulting from unauthorized modification of relevant accessories and parameters of the system, as mutually confirmed by the Buyer and Seller. 9、  Damage caused by force majeure (fire, earthquake, flood, and car accident, etc.). 10、  Bafang products whose warranty period has expired. 10、  Free samples and gifts provided by the Seller.   Please contact the?relevent?service?center?as?below?for?quality?service：
